“The facility is well designed with several storage unit sizes. The staff are happy to switch to other storage sizes as needed, and indeed to give advice on which storage size to go for. The storage unit I used had high ceilings so that it stores an unexpectedly large amount. The staff members (Becca's team) were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the storage facility and the software for access.
